For over 40 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities of El Paso has provided thousands of families with temporary lodging and support services while their seriously ill children received medical attention in El Paso.
Our home-away-from home provides families with a place to eat, rest and sleep. Our beautiful 10 bedroom facility offers laundry service, kitchen facilities, living rooms, play areas, and a shuttle service to and from hospitals and most importantly a loving and compassionate staff.
Our Family Support Specialist provides compassionate assistance to families during challenging times, providing emotional support, guidance, and resources tailored to each family’s unique needs. By connecting families with essential community services and developing personalized support plans, our specialists enhance family well-being and stability. We ensure a continuum of care by offering resources and support both during the family’s stay and after they return home.

All guest rooms are spacious and comforting. Each room offers accommodations for family needs, and have their own bathroom. Wheelchair accessible rooms are also available.
Our generous community prepares and provides meals, which are served in the dining room. Families may also prepare their own food in our spacious kitchen.
Families may take advantage of the laundry room. This room contains 3 sets of washers and dryers and is conveniently located near the bedrooms.
Wi-Fi access is available throughout the House.
RMHC El Paso has a shuttle that provides transportation to and from the hospital Monday through Friday to various hospitals near our facility. The shuttle runs twice a day on a scheduled basis.
Resource at Your Fingertips program offers RMHC guests’ access to technology, internet service, general information and entertainment. These resources provide guests access to reliable information to relieve tension and stress and facilitate their transition into a new community. iPads available upon request.
The House also offers inside/outside play areas, and scheduled crafts and activities for families.
