Located in El Paso, Texas, the Ronald McDonald House continues to be the cornerstone program of Ronald McDonald House Charities of El Paso. The House serves as a temporary home for families of seriously ill children who are receiving medical treatment in local hospitals. On average, 250 families are served by the Ronald McDonald House each year.
Our Ronald McDonald House is built on the idea that nothing else should matter when a family is focused on their child’s recovery. We are more than a house. We help families stay close, help them recharge, and give them a community of support.

Ronald McDonald Family Rooms are an extension of the Ronald McDonald House program. They are located at The Hospitals of Providence Children’s Hospital in El Paso and Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces and provide a place of respite right inside the hospital for families of children undergoing medical treatment.
